HorsepowerFreaks Front Lower Under Braces
Our HorsepowerFreaks underbrace is designed to work in conjunction with our HPF750 turbo kits. Instead of requiring you to cut a large hole in the factory underpan to clear the HPF750 intercooler piping (which would render it useless for structural support), we engineered a lower underbrace that ties 8 of the 10 factory mounting points together. This underbrace is made out of thick lightweight aluminum, is 6.4lbs instead of the factory one which is 7.5lbs, and helps improve the overall geometry of the car.
As some customers will want to turbocharge their E46 M3 without this underbrace to save money, we are offering it for sale separately. Here are some pictures of the HPF underbrace in it's rough aluminum form, in powdercoated black, and mounted on the vehicle.
