HorsepowerFreaks Stage 3 E46 Turbo Kits

Our "Stage 3" turbo kits produce 800rwhp (1000bhp) with "factory" like driveability. With our stage 3 kit, your car will feel like a daily driver when you're driving around town, but will have "twice" the power on tap of many of today's extreme supercars.

Each stage 3 system comes with all of the bad to the bone Stage 1 components and all of the amazing Stage 2 methanol components. The stage 3 turbo is upgraded to a massive Precision 74GTS dual ballbearing liquid cooled turbo and the stage 1 downpipe is upgraded to a full turbo back 4" stainless steel exhaust with quad titanium tips. To handle the boost, each stage 3 kit includes all the essentials for a full motor build. Just like the HPF Stage 2 turbo system, this system also comes with 4 maps designed to run on both pump fuel and race fuel, and utilize methanol.

To feed this hungry beast, the fuel system was upgraded to include 2 more fuel pumps, a high flow fuel pressure regulator with gauge, an additional fuel line, a speciallly designed plug-n-play HorsepowerFreaks fuel rail, and flow matched and tested 1200cc RC injectors.

Each turbo kit comes with complete installation instructions (with full color pictures), and is entirely bolt on with no cutting, wiring, welding or tuning required. All of our kits include every component you will need down to the last nut, bolt and washer and it all fits!! These HPF turbo systems come in four powerful stages, Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 2.5, and Stage 3.

Options to Consider
1. The stock M3 clutch will only handle 500rwhp. You will need our HPF Feramic Stage 2 Clutch when running our stage 3 turbo systems. It is daily driveable and is the "ONLY" single disk clutch on the market that can hold this much power.

2. The HPF turbo kit requires removal of the stock underbrace. We recommend getting our HPF Lower Underbrace to tie back in the lower control arms.
