Tial 38mm Wastegates
-The Tial Wastegates use 347 Stainless Steel Alloy in their wastegate's valve and valve housing.
-The Tial Wastegates actuator diaphragm contains high temperature silicone Nomex.
-The Tial Wastegates uses 17-7PH stainless steel for the Tial wastegate's actuator spring. This metal gives constant, reliable tension despite the high temperatures inheirant in high performance exhaust components.
-Nitronic 60 stainless steel is used for the valve seat and valve bushing. This same material is used in the higher level gates for reliability and longevity
-Tial 38mm Wastegates have CNC Machined 304L 12mm thick weld flanges
-Tial Wastegates are proudly made in the USA
-Available spring pressure: .25Bar (3.63 psi), .4Bar (5.80 psi), .5Bar (7.25 psi), .6Bar (8.70 psi), .7Bar (10.15 psi), .8Bar (11.60psi), .9Bar (13.05 psi), 1.0Bar (14.50 psi)
-High Pressure available: 1.1Bar (15.95 psi), 1.2Bar (17.40 psi), 1.3Bar (18.85 psi), 1.4Bar (20.30 psi), 1.5Bar (21.75 psi), 1.6Bar (23.20 psi)
-Tial Wastegates shipped with air fittings and stainless hardware.
Flanges are not included but are available at an additional cost.
NOTE: Standard Color is Machine Silver Finish.
